Kentucky teen used money mom gave him for tattoo to buy AR-15 to shoot up school, police say



Timothy Felker, a student at Paul Laurence Dunbar High School in Lexington, Ky., used money his mother gave him for a tattoo to buy an AR-15 rifle and 500 rounds of ammunition meant to shoot up his school, police said.
